An annual Natural Health Fair has been hosted in Cooma, since 1999, by a local business called "Back to Earth". The Fair features many products and services available within and beyond the local region: including naturopathy, chiropractical services, organic foods, solar power and many other items.

The Back to Earth Natural Health Fair has become a popular destination for people from around the Monaro, Snowy Mountains and South Coast, as well as from interstate.
