COOMA-MONARO SHIRE COUNCIL

As part of the Strategic Planning Project, Council has developed a draft Structure Plan for the Polo Flat Industrial Area.  The Plan aims to improve the amenity of Polo Flat as well as co-ordinate land use and infrastructure in the area.

The draft Structure Plan will be on exhibition from Friday 17 July to Friday 14 August 2009.  

A community meeting to discuss the draft Structure Plan will be held on Thursday 6 August 2009 at the NSW Rural Fire Service Operations Centres training room at 11 Geebung Street, Polo Flat.

Submissions on the draft Structure Plan close on Friday 14 August 2009.
